Or Maybe Not

                       All those moments we never had,
                   it's sad, the stories we never shared
              I'll share the joys we never felt
          with another, with another i'll never have

                    We never got to say goodbye,
               what's so good about saying bye
           you'll come again another day,
       or maybe not, maybe not, maybe not

                This is not a poem about love, is it
            what's love without action or words
        they talk about love at first sight
     but i'll have another crush soon

               Or maybe not, maybe i'm waiting
           waiting for more than just beauty
        for more than just a feeling
    maybe i'm waiting for the one that'll say "i do"

Your style is amazing. I love the rhetorical questioning, the reasoning, the way it flowed, the use of 'never' and it just made so much sense together. Love is indeed tricky, never fails to puzzle. Though the poet seems pleasantly confused, I certainly am not. I indubitably love this.
