Who I amA Poem by TomboyVisionaryFeel a little good, a little tipsy and out of it when I wrote thisWho I am As I lay in my bed in the any given day I am drenched with all my glory and shame Who am I? I often ask the demanding query A man of mirrors? A man without pain? To many questions for you dearest' Trey A man of a million mistakes many will claim Maybe a coward with heartbreaks so stained That man in the mirror who is he? Too many faces, to many voices Only 2 comes in this tortured brain Or is it because those 2 are more destined to be redeemed The others that plague your mind They are a part of you my friend A humanly curse that may never end Or can it? After all life is all about change They will never understand which you choose to stay My own horror and torment Do you wish to interfere? No matter how much i beg you still riddle me with fear I am the wind that sings in the night I am the void seeking the light I am nothing in the Lords gazing eyes The heaven and hell within my mind It brings me joy that only the Lord knows my heart Who I am does not matter Though I would very much refuse to become fatter The Stag The Hawk The Visionary My precious embrace All will die with me into my very grave
