I fell in love with the idea of me and you

When the time was right, I would’ve made you my wife

And found the life

I was searching for

And found in time

I wanted nothing more

 

I fell in love with a girl like you and she was pretty, too

Thought I’ve finally found what the rest of the world is wanting, too

I started dreaming again

Life got good, can’t pretend

I’ve got those dreams again
