Dead Men

Dead Men

A Poem by misfit_joker
"

People think that racism and discrimination is history. But it'll never be gone until we're dead

"

The greatest harm has been caused

During a man’s life.

It’s not until he is dead

That he does the most good:

Dead men cannot murder.

Dead men cannot lie.

Dead men cannot start wars.

But I believe the greatest thing

Dead men cannot do is

Dead men cannot hate.

“All men are created equal”

It’s saddening to know

This will be never be true

So long as we live.

But one day

We shall be equals when we all become

Dead men

I really dig this, has a lot of truth and an honesty not a lot of people would have the guts to say. I really liked it
