Do your best to live in the moment.
Eyes closed,
wrap yourself in the essence of this one soon to be memory.
Breath in and exhale every last second.
Smell the sweet delicacy presented before you.
This moment will pass.
You can't have more time. You can't change what is done.
You can be mindful. Be present.
Be alert. Give longer hugs and use meaningful words.
Speak the truth and smile. Laugh and be silly.
When this moment has become the past.
Let it linger on you and let it seep into your soul and weap from your eyes.
Not one who sat with death has regretted living more
laughing harder, loving longer
embracing each second they have.
