I am HungryA Poem by Tks
I am hungry
Your jelly-black eyes stare at me with scorn If only they gave me some corn! Red velvet lips part in anger Yet, are wished together by coriander Apple pie high in the sky hopes Now that makes my tummy rumble! Your flared nostrils A nosey piece of frosting banished to the graveyard Once called my stomach Years do not add on to ears Delicate, yet incredibly strong They can never go wrong! I am hungry And hungry poets make no sense Or nonsense Will it be weird if I told you I see our tongues Wrapped within our lips Dancing on a twilight night?
