A Precocious Writer's DilemmaA Poem by TksSomething to which all of us can relate to as writers
The pen sits in my hand
Snug as a gun But where to begin? Should I describe the wonders of Mother Nature Should I describe the hustle bustle Of everyday life Should I delve into my feelings My experiences, my escapades, my Sherlock-Holmes stories Of which I have aplenty Or do nothing? My pen rests in my hand Snug as a gun To write would be a folly To return it to it's scabbard Would mean certain death © 2015 TksAuthor's Note
