The Poetry of ScienceA Poem by TkessTear off the mask of nature and stare at the face of god.
The supernova bursts A bright Yellow Roman candle A cosmic dance, so beautiful I feel so small, insignificant As I stare into the dark, black void
From nothing to nothingness The twilight burns so devious The question beckoned through the centuries The soul can answer so unequivocally
A meteor shoots across the sky A bullet fired from the gods up high As the stars explode A radiant, incandescence Like candles in the halls of Valhalla
The Grandest of Canyons Hold, nothing that could compare To all the wonders up there It is but a ditch on this cold, blue rock
The soul will open up To a world that we could Never imagine There are oh, so many wonders We could never fathom
A celestial poem that Has yet been put to paper
