Women

Women

A Poem by Tkess

I will fall for them

As I always do, although

I know it won’t last

But, a women’s touch

Is better than

Anything in this world

And a women’s eyes

Are more beautiful

Than anything that

I have seen with my own

To feel love, even a glimpse

Is better than being alone

To some extent, I agree with Emma, but keeping faith and patience is exceptionally hard after past relationships. But its a well written poem. Showed how bad your relationships have been. Great work.

This is quite a pessimistic view of love. I feel as though it is out of your power, as though you are under a spell (cast by a woman's eyes). Interesting take, a far cry from a mushy love poem. Your last two lines are sorrowful in their simplicity.
