Exasperation

Exasperation

A Poem by Titan

Exasperation

creeping in through the chest

clandestine

into my insides.

Exasperation

undergoing a painful metamorphosis

becoming an unrecognizable fiend

swallowing everything I’ve ever considered warm

or sedating.

What to do?

“I’m fine.”

I’m not.
