What Tastes May Come

What Tastes May Come

A Poem by TisWit
"

I was in Shakespeare class and someone gave me Skittles. It was bound to happen.

"

To be, or not to be Skittled, that is the question:

Whether 'tis nobler of the mouth to suffer

The sweet and chewy of glorious sugar,

Or to take armfuls against a sea of deliciousness,

And by taking, savor them. To suck, to chew -

Ever more, and by a chew to say we end

The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks

That flesh is heir to; 'tis a consumption

Devoutly to be wish'd. To suck, to chew -

To chew, perchance to taste - ay, there's the love,

For in that chew of fruit what tastes may come.
