The Rest Of Me

The Rest Of Me

A Poem by Tiffany Elise
"

I wrote this in exactly 2 minutes but it was easy because I needed a way to communicate how I feel....

"

Mind,

Soul,

body,

not whole.

You left me like this,

a lifeless shell,

now I'm rotting,

alone in my own hell.

I think everynight,

about you and me,

I'm so confused,

is this what you want US to be?

You live your life,

day by day,

you say that you don't love me,

I know thats not what you want to say.

You think about me all the time,

you're stil looking when I walk away.

You've taken my soul,

my heart,

my mind,

and left me with the rest of me.

But the rest of me is you.
