If I were a boy...

If I were a boy...

A Story by Tiffany Elise
"

Guys, this poem has a meaning.

"

If I were a boy,

I wouldn't have to pick out cloths for an hour,

or do my nails,

or cross my legs,

or be thought of as weak.

If I were a boy,

I wouldn't have to worry about my skin,

or my eyes,

or my make-up,

or how I walk,

or how I'm thought of.

If I were a boy,

I'd be allowed to play for the football team,

I'd be allowed to date other people and only be called a 'player',

I'd be allowed to live my life freely,

I'd be allowed to think the way I want to.

If I were a boy,

I wouldn't be thought of as weak because of my sex,

I wouldn't have to live under a man's protection because even HE thinks I'm weak,

I'd have the same rights and pay,

I wouldn't be a tomboy...

If i was a boy.

NOTE: I know ALL guys don't think about girls like this but A LOT do so, don't get mad simply because I'm bringing up a point.
