The Muderer's MasqueradeA Poem by Tiffany EliseHer death shook the empty night clean of the kill, Her eyes fluttered along with her body and her screams... so shrill, He laughed as she begged and cried and screamed, As she reached her hand out for forgiveness he beamed, He promised her he had forgiven her for all of her sins, But that is where this story begins...
It all started out on a dark winters night, Frozen of ice and the moon gave no light, After he promised her she was fine, she stayed, He pulled out a blade, a smooth shining blade, She cried and yelled, but it was too late.
She got down on her knees and begged for her life, But it showed no forgiveness in that silver knife, He took the blade and slashed her throat, Her life path now rewrote, She was supposed to die a nice, peacful death, But not now, now she took her last breath.
His undiscovered secret, He was there for a kill, Now her screams full of regret, Now her lifeless body, now so still, He laughed and laughed and layed down the blade, Now his hatred, Was not masqueraded. © 2011 Tiffany EliseAuthor's Note
