Her Cold ShadowA Poem by Tina KlineThere is a shadow that comes close to me.
I don't understand but I feel I can if I just try. Her skin is so white. Her eyes are so red lit from behind and she is so hungry. I can see this in her smile as she comes close to me and I want to flee. But I can't. I want what she offers I want it now. I take what she gives. Lust. Passion. Blood. Her coldness was her love. I took it all and I did not care for when dawn came when she went away I knew with night fall I would rise and walk by her side. © 2010 Tina KlineFeatured Review
