Firmly Dancing in the Wind...

This poem resembles the reader in a way. You are strongly rooted in your beliefs and ideals which makes you stand strong against everything else. Though you are strong your mind and body can flourish.

Alone, standing in a void field,
my leaves flowing in the wind.
The grass around me is breathing,
all moving as one.
The wind rushes at me,
trying to move me,
but I remain planted,
rooted in my soil.
As I blissfully brace the wind,
my branches dance in the breeze.
Forever I will stand strong,
but my branches will bend,
taking me to new lands.
