Eyes, Ears, Hand and Lips

Eyes, Ears, Hand and Lips

A Poem by Noename

Eyes in the sky,

Stare down to the cold earth.

Wondering, questioning, recognizing.

Ears in the air,

Holding close sound to thought,

Chasing the world as what it desires appears.

Hands in the rain,

Though falling, they gain.

Wrapping around un covered skin,

Though only on the surface,

Cradling the within.

Lips in the snow,

Cold they seem,

But soul they know.

Floating to the ground, nipping the surround.

Kissing the rosy cheeks of the wonderer.
