Tough LoveA Poem by Tim McGovern
I swallow her cast off cruelties
because love coats kisses with glass, to dwell in her favor one must take her nails. To live one must always be dying a little inside. The poison of belief shreds me slowly where no one can see. Sometimes she asks about my cough. © 2008 Tim McGovernReviews
