MetamorphosisA Poem by Tim EdwardsYep, another one of those.
He shrouds himself in the shadows
He watches through another's eyes. As you glance at the broken stranger Believing all his lies Everything told winds a story Every new light brings the blind. With any new love comes the worry. Bittersweet satisfaction in time. A new man stands on the horizon A new being untainted by lies As you look upon the beautiful visage Swallowed by all of his sighs All men have a beginning A place in a past time. A new love in the writing Satisfaction of a new kind
