MisledA Poem by DaVoidMisleading myself.
I was misled.
My mind is not a blank page ready to be fed. Surrounded by sounds of the past and expectations visual play I reconstruct what I think is real. I make a deal. I hear some soft music and I judge softer what's in front of me. I feel a warm cup of cocoa and suddenly I sense my relationship to others is closer me. Nothing is judged in a vacuum but sometimes I think I judge only what's focused centrally. Do you listen music while you read? Then you will judge influenced by atmosphere indeed. Context is everything. What somebody just said. What you just did. What you still need to do. These are the qualities that change our mind on the subject if we want or not to. I mislead myself but love it anyway.
