(oh) please

(oh) please

A Poem by DaVoid
"

seriously?

"
Oh please.
As if I am going to beg to be seen.
I rather like the backstage of the scene.

Maybe it's somewhat bold.
Needs some more color
But then I am no decorator.

Rather a celebrator of life.
Experimenter of the soul.
You know, The great work calling us all.

The vow of silence and the cloak of secrecy.
To shroud myself in mystery.
Dismantle myself from mortality.
Be reborn as Living Idea.

The most powerful is the most silent.
That which is empty encompasses all.
That which is too small to be noticed can go through impossible places.

Disregard this poem and let it slumber in peace.
Maybe what you throw in the bin is what grows silently.

Reaching the stars before you could see.

This poem is awesome. Well done on the images- my favorite part was the last two lines. I love the idea of things that people ignore actually being the most significant, and I totally relate. I like the tone of this poem too, I feel like there's a bit of biting humor amidst the powerful ideas.
"That which is empty encompasses all" is a marvelous line. Great poem, it really makes me think.

Thank you.

The 5th verse is based on what I learned from the Tao.

Sounds mystical. The 5th verse is powerful indeed! Keep on cherishing the "too small" in you.

Oh please! Feels like its coming from a brave swordless knight! Its his heart that keeps him going! Not the tool used for others to fool! Nice piece! Feels empowering even to grains!
