For Him

For Him

A Poem by Tiffany Iris
"

The only thing I can think about.

"
It's easy to fall for someone you don't know
As easy as it is to be scared,
When things go weird,
Fast,
Very fast.
With every smile formed by this words,
The smile quickly fades,
With all the doubts that seem to show up more,
And more.
I don't know what he wants
And I'm almost to afraid to ask
I guess a part of me knows,
He is confused as well.
His words could have some truth,
But it's easy for me to make them false.
Fear
Made false out of fear
That yet again I'll be pushed aside as just a friend.
Maybe,
Maybe we are meant to be "just friends"
I can't be sure.
But right now,
He is all I can think about
And all his words have a hold on me,
Like no action could ever have
Be easy
Be cool
Don't let my mind and heart collade
Think
Think
Think...

Really like it! There are some grammatical errors but I can relate to your poem and I feel this way often when I meet someone who I fancy.

I read as more of a decorative journal entry, whether it's fiction or non you cant help but hear it as something that is happening in your life/at present .. either way it's entertaining to feel as though you are being let in on: affairs of the heart.. well done.

I might have to re-read this, but my first reading had me thinking "he" was courting you like maybe online? Then it progressed to sounding like stalking type fear to me, then the ending was like "She" loves him but is scared of the unknown, and "she" is actually obsessed with him, am I close? Its a very well written piece, maybe I just am confused on its true meaning. This is a wonderful write I loved the line, "Don't let my mind and heart collade" but I think a typo is there, did you mean collide? anyway wonderful, you might like my, "Life without You". Thanks for sharing.
