The Beautiful HailstonesA Poem by ChipSee what you can make of it. :)The sky twinkled above, my eyes glistened and my heart palpitated with love. The soft breeze caressed my face while the red velvet brushed me, The world slowed down and I felt so alive, adrenaline rushing. The other half dare not know, What we're sharing, On these dark wintry nights. Then it started to lash with hailstones, like hammers that did bash. The red velvet turned to sharp glass; cutting me. I was left alone in the rain to feel the pain.
