By The Lake

Something I was inspired to write after watching "What Dreams May Come."

The place where it started,
A wondrous dream.
A life with a woman,
That means everything to me.

Someone I live for,
No matter any pain.
The mother of my children,
With the heart of a Saint.

This blessing, this gift,
Is my entire world.
I would forsake everything,
Just to be with her.

So tell me how this happened,
Tell me its not true.
I know wonder through this garden,
Of our dream home without you.
