Didn’t know I was lacking
Until I met you
Everything was in order…
My Casanova Blue

You took my fear of unmasking
And quelled all inhibited thought
Replaced them with visions of serenity
Proving to myself
what I thought I was not

Casanova… by trade I understand
But I add the title blue
For you came into my life .. a tempest
Which left my soul a misty hue

I should thank you your time with me
For it taught me to be a stronger soul
No longer afraid of life’s
twist and turns
To divide and conquer became my goal

Left just as quickly as you came
But my memories …. reflect time with you
