To Her.

To Her.

A Poem by Kasey Bassett

inside my chest,
inside my heart,
everyday I see,
what made me fall in love with you,
from the start.
Is it your smile?
could be
is it your eyes?
possibility
Maybe something more,
Though it cant be something less,
because no matter what part of you it is,
it will always be my favorite, the best.
Now this poem may seem short,
for that dear I am so very sorry,
but at least now you will take some comfort,
in knowing that I wasn't too hasty.
because you never stop running in my mind.
and to be fair it wasnt my fault,
These words just so happen to be the only ones I could find.
But know I love you,
no matter what, I love you.

Kasey Bassett
I know that this has flaws. I decided not to write like I normally do. I made things simple in hopes my true feelings come across.

I Love that you kept your "flaws" but a part of me thinks that "flaws" are what make a write more personal and real just like life.
lovely write by the way.

keep on keep on :)
