Who’s grown up?

Who’s grown up?

A Poem by ThreeWrites
"

Fearing who would grow up first, the parent or the child, sometimes it’s the the one who views it all.

"
People having kids before they’re of responsible age, it’s a mess almost a disgrace.

Who’s gonna grow up first, I know I still like my bib, tied up from a lace,

Watching each other grow up, it’s almost like some kind of family Olympic race.

I guess you can always think about getting married, after you’ve moved out of your parents place,

Keep growing through the vine of life, make your own mistakes.

They’d be going to college on a mystery of what life’s thrown in their face.

They grow up too fast, but never quick enough, like get out of here, you’ll always be nobody, running for second place,

with nothing more then a voice that is to loud, but has no foundation, like a broken surround system base.

Drawing with them can be so much fun. But if they are still learning, don’t forget to yell, when they, draw out of trace!

Emotions can be a explosion, like when they grow up, and they pray you would just be erased,

Seems kinda deep, but picture yourself sixteen, with little to nothing to see, what would you dream? Probably yourself in a picture, with no family in sight, feeling all displaced.
