Nothing but a MemoryA Poem by ThoseThreeWordsI wasn't really thinking when I wrote this...I just wrote.White clouds drift above me,
Silhouetted against the midnight black sky. The moon shines bright, As if Nyx is casting her wings over it. The shadows in the night creep around me, Haunt me, Rape me. They wait for me in the darkness, Watching me with ruby eyes, Bloods red fangs point from their open mouths, Watching me with hunger and thirst. Their eyes tell a story, One I cannot repeat. A story of sadness, Pain, And regret. Kind of like my story, My story of hate, My story of pain, The story that reminds me of that one night, When you went just a bit to far in your game. Your game to break me, Your game to hurt me, Your game to kill me. And I forgive you, As these demons surround me. I forgive you for all that you've done, And all that you will do. And I am nothing but a memory now, A memory that will haunt you the rest of your life.
