"Gods and Lions"A Poem by TommyJust something that popped into my head as a thunderstorm rolled in today...They walk among the clouds, the gods with their lions; a pride, hear their thunderous march, rolling, while mercy cries towards the heavens; yearning for rain, wanting to be washed clean from violence.
(Piss and mark your territory; I will not fight for freedom)
And Zeus answers within the crack of his whipping bolt, "Then you will die a slave to hypocrisy!"...
