I love the author's note! We have far too many egotistical, hedonistic, narcissist complexed reviewers trying to sound important on this site. I see one of them has been named a "top reviewer". It's like calling a t**d a rose.

Hope all is well with you and yours. Did you have a nice Christmas (or, given the circumstances around us, at least a tolerable one)?
Best,
C.

I lost a good friend to brain cancer and nearly lost my sister in a building collapse. Then my niece was in a car wreck and we nearly lost her. The "pandemic" has been the LEAST of my worries. Thanks for asking. I'm sorry that I could not give a happier and gentler report. But my wife and child and I are in good health (all things considered) we are warm, dry and have plenty of food and we got to visit my brother (a Vietnam vet) on Christmas Day and have dinner with him and his family. The kid got plenty of gifts. So, overall, I think I should be grateful for my many blessings and prayers answered. It's just been a tough season with all the family tragedy. I'm ready for this year to be gone. I'm staying up New Year's Eve; not to celebrate the New Year, but to make certain this one leaves. Wishing you the best in the coming year. F.
