I Carve StoriesA Poem by L.E.Osborne
I carve stories into my skin
And show them to myself. In the hopes that one day, I'll be able to understand the moral. I weave fables from my hair And stare at the knots In the hopes that some day, I'll untangle myself. I lock secrets in my soul And feel them fester, In the hopes that today, I'll let them out.
