Something Evil.

Something Evil.

A Poem by L.E.Osborne

Something evil lived here,
I breathed it in my chest.
it stung the eyes that saw it,
And never let me rest.

Something evil loved here,
I felt it touch my skin.
it held me in its arms,
And covered me in sin.

Something evil died here,
I watched him leave today.
I clasped the hands that killed it,
And bent my knees to pray.

Hello L.E.Osbourne,

Reading your poetry always delights me, since there is nothing shy of perfection in all of your prose. This one is although short, yet its really powerful. The words are perfection, and the flow, flawless. You have a talent in poetry, and please do not stop writing. :D
