I dare not look, he was there in the corner of my eye, I held the pump solid in my hand and stared at the black numbers as they continued to get bigger.
I froze, then slowly turned, and there he was in all his glory
A boy no older than I standing under the blinking white light. He was staring at me with eyes of black, his face was so pale making his bruises stand out more.
He did one thing I would not have thought of,
He smiled
He smiled at me, a bloody smile
There was a loud Clank sound, I wiped my head around to see the black numbers had stopped and my hold on the pump could hold no longer
I turned back around to find nothing
He was gone no where to be found, then I ask myself
“was he even there?”
