Silence

Silence

A Poem by Violet Skyy

Silence of the night
The whispers of the wind begin to scream & howl
A faint port & starbord light is all that we are
Just a silhouette
Born in the midst
We struggle to stay afloat

I like the nautical theme....powerful image too, the silent silhouette drifting in silence.....

Felt as if the story is not done yet....:)

Is the night truly silenced? Or just muffed by the rays of the Sun? Perhaps she is just distracted, but I can say, she surly doesnt say much
