MOOD

Why do I get this way, so down and blue

Just sitting and staring with nothing to do

What can you do when you feel so down

just look at the world with a very sad frown

Others get mad when I feel this way

wanting to leave, not wanting to stay

The trouble is that suits me fine

cuz I know how I feel when others whine

Knowing I'm loved should ease this pain

but I wish they'd see theres nothing to gain

much better off alone possibly dead

knowing this mood, I'd no longer dread

I know if I wait this mood will pass

Hoping there love for me will last

or maybe just die and know no more

but that wouldn't even the final score.

I gave you my all and gave it for free

but thats all I had cuz its only me.
