Singing to the midnight moon

Singing to the midnight moon

A Poem by Theodore Walker

Oh Ellia,

your name took my breath away

I felt the burning sensation of a thousand angles when I heard your name

when I saw you it was love at first sight

I sensed the heartbeat of the moon in your soul

I saw the melody of a harp in your eyes

I will never forget the first time I met you

My heart collapsed

I saw an angel in the flesh

harmony comes alive when you speak

when the clouds close their eyes...

the wind will whisper your name

and my love for you will echo through the ages

at midnight I will hum your name to the moon, and the stars will listen

well .. change "angles" into "angels" :D :D

I love "when the clouds close their eyes the win will whisper your name". Really nice phrase.
