Miracle

Miracle

A Poem by Ceos

Everyone searches for miracles

Though they often do not think

Of the ones they do in fact

See in their lives

We expect a dead man

To come back to life

Or our sick friend

To be well again

We want something incredible

Something out of the ordinary

But we allways forget

The miracles we have every day

The sun

burning red and gold

Against the early morning sky

Bringing life in its warming rays

The rain, so dreaded

cascading down upon us

Soaking us

But bringing a wonderous rainbow

With its sparkling colors of

Of every different hue

Signaling a promise

That will be kept forever

Then to us

Every second we have

Is a miracle

That we can not create

The baby being born

A life begining

A moment that

Will be frozen in time

Miracles are thought to

Be hard to find

The truth is

They stare us in the eye

About
I'm just someone with an unchecked imagination. I see something in the everyday, or I imagine something and put it into words. I try to bring my vision to people so they may see what I see. more..
