The song of a sorrowed lover

The beautiful melody that every broken heart sings

I wish that we could be together

That all these memories we share where not just voices in my ear

I wish we had those times we ponder

But not in that time so far

 

I want to hold you in my arms

And comfort you through the toughest times

I want to wipe your tears away

And promise you it WILL be ok

 

I want to see those shining stars

That rest upon those sculpted cheeks

And warm you with my arms in those chilly hours while you sleep

 

I want to feel your warming gaze

To feel as if I was in heaven

To dance with you till dawn breaks

And hold your hand till day sleeps

 

All these things that have been said

The hurtfull words or selfish phrases

Can't cover up my love for you

Cause this love has No Cages

 

I can't wait till that fateful day

When your beautiful gaze meets mine

Then i"ll know what true peace is

For we will be together  till the end of time.
