Colorful LanguageA Poem by ThoughtsIBoughtI want to trade writers block for lego bricks and build a syllable symphony. Produce superb similes And immersive metaphors Flex my vernacular till I verbally bend over backwards And while I can wax poetic at a mile a minute some times I feel like I’m trapped in rhetoric. Daring to dream in bohemian The kind of seamless rhyme scheme the scene kids get high on. So fiddle me this Nero cause I’d like to spit lit roman candles Equipped with the skill and the wit to spill out a soliloquy. But here I am still in need of that positive feedback for me keep at it. So let’s sit and chat for a minute on matters of Bittersweet histories and hipster credibility Or maybe a paper clip existence that We’re not meant to straighten out. That being said now I’m back in the saddle, the pen as my sword and a scrabble board vocabulary. Just glad to have a voice to carry.
