It was a cloudy day and a group of teens named: Jason, Eliza, David, and Maria were walking to a store after school. After they all walked in, they all looked for some snacks to munch on for later. "Man I can't wait till summer, ugh I just can't stand being in that high school" said Jason. The girls nodded in agreement while David responded saying "Yeah I agree with you I hate the school there are so many ghetto kids its like the students who actually want to succeed in life are in the minority." "Well at least tomorrow is Saturday" replied Maria. After finding the snacks they wanted, the group went to go to the cashier to pay and David gladly payed for his friend's snacks. They walked out of the store with their favorite snacks.
Jason and David got hot chips, Elisa got a bag of cookies, and Maria got a chocolate bar. The group headed towards the crosswalk and waited for the light for the cars to stop.While waiting, Jason asked his friends what they were going to do this summer. "Well I might just do some arts and crafts" replied Elisa. They then walked on the crosswalk after the cars stopped and continued their conversation."Well I might just go to summer school to learn some more things" said David. "Ha you are such a nerd" said Jason jokingly. "Well anyways what are you going to this summer Maria ?" asked Jason. Maria thought for a second and said "Hmm maybe I might go to an amusement park." " I might just play video games like every summer" said Jason. The group walked a bit more and eventually reached another crosswalk.
"Well it was nice hanging out with you guys but I have to go to my house because my mom might be wondering where I am." said Maria. She then waved bye to her three friends and crossed the road and went to her house. The rest continued to walk. "Hey have you guys heard about the new vaccine that scientists are making that supposedly will help cure the flu ?" asked David. Jason and Elisa shook their heads no. "They are making it in the lab that is near here and in another in LA County" continued David."Well I hope the vaccine works and nothing goes wrong."replied Elisa. "That's a random thing to bring up to start a conversation" replied Jason. "Well I don't know what else to talk about though" said David.The group walked a bit more while eating their snacks and eventually reached Jason's neighborhood.When they got to his house they waved goodbye and David and Elisa headed to their houses.Jason opened the door to his house and sat down on the couch with his chips and ate them.Later he went to his room and played video games until his parents and sister came back from work.At night he ate dinner and then later went to sleep.
