I don't think you understand that I am doing my best

it's hard

I'm not trying to hurt you

Please believe me

 'you need to eat your lunch'

It's not because I'm stubborn or defiant

I just can't. 

You said

'please stop purging'

I don't think you understand 

how hard this is for me too

I don't mean to hurt you

I really don't 

but I don't think you realize that after I hit 1000 calories 

I start to beat myself up for it 

You said 

'you need help'

Do you think I didn't know that?

I've been struggling with this for years

I want help

I want to stop

But I cant get help

I cant tell anyone else
