The World

The World

A Poem by The Water Queen

She stands there as the world

passes her by.

She begins to cry and all stop to point and laugh.

She hudles in the corner and screams as

she realizes the blood in a puddle beneath her.

The blood from the wounds on her arms.

The wounds she created.

Now the world has vanished.

No more pain in her aims.

She lay dead bleeding on the ballroom floor.
