Immolated LoveA Poem by The_CriminalA broken psalm of a heart embraced in Love.
Living in the stars,
I see no end in sight, Do you hear me? My Soul's on Fire for You! The New Dawn's a breaking, Burning me Alive, Immolated with Your Love! Never have you left me, Just held my hand, from afar. I see Your tears now, Consummate with mine. Our hearts, They beat, Beating like a thousand raging bulls. Never have you said, "He is No son of mine," Instead you held me, Closed in Your embrace. Sweet Redeemer, The Ages need Their King, But I need you more For I'm a coward, lowly and ashamed, That You could love, A Criminal, Such as I. Do you hear me, On that Cross, Which I made? Lord forgive me... For never loving, As You, have Loved me. Mend my heart, to rejoice in Your Victory. So that I too, can share in The Work. For You are The Love of my Heart, The Heart of a Criminal, Immolated in Your Love.
