A Woman's Kiss

A Woman's Kiss

A Poem by The Word Pimp
"

A fairly simple love poem

"

A Woman's Kiss

There is something that lives
in a woman's kiss
behind the pleasure
of her lips slipping
against mine
sof' friction awakening
the beast in the soul

It is something to know
how a woman tastes
tongue touch tongue
soul touch soul
impossible
to better comprehend
anyone
to reveal yourself
naked to her palate
pure

It was a kiss that made me
a kiss that destroyed me
a kiss that consoled me
a kiss that controlled me
but only one kiss to save me:
the one from those
little lollie lickin' lips
that let the sun rise
once again
on this languid life
and left me lost
to anything less
than our destinies
intertwined
like the ideal
lustful lingering loving
kiss

This is a great poem ...
very sensual and loving.
Kisses speak silently..
and are very revealing.

It was a kiss that made me
a kiss that destroyed me
a kiss that consoled me
a kiss that controlled me

Those lines beat and rhyme perfectly!
Perfect placement -- right in the middle
of the poem -- somewhat bridging your
words..

Very nice work! ... :)

Great Job!
The word choice was nice and the way it flowed
together was bananas!! I think this was a nice peice pimp...
Or does your name include "The Word" part as well...lol.
Sorry for the Boondocks reference.
Anyhow, I like this poem.
Great Job.

sweet poem, I love it. I appreciate hearing about love, and attraction spoken from the masculine side. Your use of ryhthm and word placement is expertly done. This poem easily reaches the reader, theres nothing to question or wonder about, only content to relate too.

Great Poem!
