Past, present, future

Past, present, future

A Poem by WhiteCanarie

The past is preserved as memories.
Memories serve to remind.
The conscience rules.
The future is a distant present.
And the present is progression.

If the conscience is stuck in the past,
The memories override it and rule.
Then, the future cannot be received,
By the frozen present.

Only glance at the past,
And let it remind you.
Keep your conscience in the present,
So that it can progress to the future.
