Im not going to lie,,
You'll NEVER know all the things I gave up for you.
Mostly because I know one day,you'll throw that right back in my face. You'll tell me that I shouldn't have been so naive. I shouldn't have given stuff up for you.

Check your spelling and grammar, and consider formatting this a little differently. A few of the longer lines could definitely be broken up into a few shorter, more succinct lines, which would, I think, provide a better impact and flow.
