Chapter 2

Another exciting start.

I looked at the screen again, I listen what the reporter said, yes, it was really Dad, my heart dropped so deep hard, I didn't cry, but hurt , yesterday Dad just played with me and said he will have a trip with us soon, but now, it will never happens, I kept listen the reporter, every single word, every word just hit me so hard, I can't believe it just happened, I kept told myself it was all just a nightmare, once I woke up, everything will be as good as yesterday. I don't think mom wants me to know about it now,I heard some footstep sound, I immediately turn off the TV and grab a book near me, and pretend to read, it was mom, she came out.

  I didn't know what to do, I just kept my eyes on the book pretend to read.mom sat next to me. She looked at me, and said, 

  'Your dad..'

  'I know everything'

  'Don't let Peter know about it'

  'But one day he will know, and he may ask...'

  'Just told him, dad go for a trip'

  'Mom...Is this really just an accident?'

  'I don't know'

  She seemed don't want to say so much, she hug me, I felt so...

 I don't know how to describe my feeling. Let me told you about the accident. And why I think it may not an accident. It was happened on a hill next to dad's work place, today was a special day for his company, so he only had to go work for a half day, while he crossed the road, the car was on the slope, it rushed to dad quickly. Dad didn't have time to escape, he hit by the car and died. But the most horrible is, there's no one in the car.

  'No One In The Car??' Yep, that's it!! That must NOT an accident. As some people who lived near there said, the car had already there for long time, no one ever drove it, or used it. Nowadays, cars are smart. Some cars don't need people to drive, they have GPS. The Police can't find too many things in the first day. But 1 weeks later. Police investigate and said it could be some signal from somewhere the car, and it was an error, they contact the owner, but the owner had died a few months ago. Strange.

  When I first know it was a car crash, I was shocked. Dad won't drive anymore. since 1 year ago. He drove the car to home with a few his friend from his company. But the car crash to the sidewalk, Dad just injured a little. 1 of the friends of dad had died. Police investigate, he died in a heart attack, not the injure. But his family was not glad about the result. So dad went to jail for 3 months cause of accidentally-kill.

  Long story. I don't think it was an accident at all. 'Stupid Police' I 

thought. I went back to my room. It was night, I grab some biscuit to eat. Then I lie on the bed. I was confused, I thought a lot of things, I was tired. I told myself again, 'It was all a nightmare, once I woke up, everything would be alright.' I told myself not to thought so much, maybe I am still small. I closed my eyes and slept. I didn't sleep well.

  I woke up, I walked out of my room full of hope, hope that I would see my dad. But sadly, no. He's still gone, forever. 

  But this is not the worst, the nightmare just started...
