Would it make Bukowski proud?

Would it make Bukowski proud?

A Poem by Molly
"

Started a new job; written due to the smell outside when I left today.

"

The world smells like fries...

    and cigarettes.

  big gobs of yellow fat

oozing out from under

 the walls of the big box mart.

Maybe they should collect it;

   everything can be sold.

Perfectly obnoxious. A scene seen obscene. Brilliantly worded to bring about the worst in imagery. Good job here translating the grotesqueness of it all. I can't say I like it because the thought of the sight of it all is repulsive, but I think that was the intention and you have mastered the ability to present that image in words. Once again, good job. Kudos.
