terminal illness as close as blood ... four short lines and i think this paints a vivid scene .. very emotive between the lines says i .. anyone who has been sick and had a hard time shaking it .. anyone who has had a close experience with hospitals and illness, whether one's self or a friend or family member .. can relate .. i think instantly of cancer .. but that's just me ... i saw John had reviewed this on the Cafe's feed and was drawn to the title ... glad i checked it out .. nice one Sick .. and hello! nice to meet you

Short and punchy piece of free verse with shades of the hospital ward (white Bowl) and someome terminally ill as they follow the darkened path to death (home). Love the opening line!

I don't really know that much about poetry (especially its terminology ). I am just posting things that I have written, mostly for myself. But I am so glad that i'm able to get across what i intended! Or, maybe you are just very observant! Thank you very much for your comments!
