Observant

Observant

A Poem by Gerri Tucker

We see the people around us

But never utter a word

We’re hidden in the shadows

Safe in the dark

The mice scurry around us

Unaware that we exist

We see all their actions

We see they way they live

Silent Wings

360 degrees

Our eyes gleam

Observers
